JKS LP115 X2 LINE UNWINDER

The JKS LP115 X2 line unwinding device is suitable for cable winding and line unwinding. The pulling force of the device has been increased compared to the LP115 traction device by means of transmission. The most essential difference between these devices is the greater pulling power and the sturdier frame. The line unloading device is connected to the excavator’s boom and gets its drive from the excavator’s hydraulics. With the help of the LP115 X2 line dismantling device, the job can be handled efficiently in some cases where the financial benefit increases. Occupational safety has been considered in the design of the device, so the risk of damage is reduced. The line winding device can be used even in difficult conditions, and, for example, it can be used over obstacles by raising the excavator boom high enough. Thanks to the splitting reel, the unloaded material is easy to bundle and transfer, for example, to the truck bed for transport. The maximum traction force is achieved with a maximum working pressure of 300 bar. Due to the type of engine used in the equipment, the excavator must have a tank line.
The device is available with different work tool mounts, for example, S45 or NTP10.
